Action Item: A one-year Extension Request for Design Review Approval for
architectural plans related to the construction of 77 townhouse style multifamily
units in 17 buildings, known as Gateway Townhomes, extending to October 17, 2025,
located in the BC (Community Business) Zoning District, at 0 Stamm Ln, (R3050101000) on
one parcel totaling 7.39- acres in the SW 1/4 of Section 18, T3N, R1W, BM, north of Stamm
Ln., east of N Clearview Ave., and southeast of E Commerce St., for Tucker Anderson,
architect, representing Gardner Company, owner. city file no. DR-00246-2022.
