New Business: 4-1 Action Item: Recommendation to the Nampa Planning and Zoning Commission and the Nampa City Council for the adoption of the proposed Nampa Fire District’s Development Impact Fee Report: (Colin McAweeny and Fire District) 4-1A: Motion: The Nampa Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee recommends that the Nampa Planning and Zoning Commission adopt the proposed Nampa Fire District Development Impact Fee Report as an amendment to the City of Nampa’s Comprehensive Plan. 4-1B: Motion: The Nampa Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee recommends that the Nampa City Council adopt the proposed Nampa Fire District Development Impact Fee Report, including the Capital Improvement Plan, and proposed development impact fees. 4-2 Action Item: The Nampa Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee recommends that the City Council approve a resolution for an annual inflationary adjustment to current development impact fees for review and approval at the June 3rd, 2024 City Council Public Hearing.(Patrick Sullivan) Motion: Recommend that the City Council consider and approve a resolution to adopt a 3.43% annual inflationary increase adjustment for Police, Parks, and Fire fees based on the Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index (CCI) and a (negative) -2.83% annual inflationary decrease adjustment for Streets, Wastewater, Water and Irrigation fees, based on the Producers Price Index – West.
