APPROVAL ITEM: Discussion of Attendee upcoming absences • Article II – Membership and AttendanceSection 2. Trustee attendance is required at all regular meetings with absences allowed for no more than two (2) consecutive meetings or four (4) total meetings during a calendar year. Trustees are ordinarily expected to be physically present in person, but remote attendance is permitted when approved by the Board, and in such cases is sufficient for establishing a quorum (see Article IV, Section 5). 6-2. ACTION ITEM: Election of Officers Library Board Regular Meeting September 09, 2025 • Articles IV- MeetingsSection 2. The annual meeting, which shall be for the purpose of the election of officers, shall be held at the time of the regular meeting in October of each year. (These elections are to select officers who will begin their service in October.) 6-3. Board Updates – Information Item (7) Announcements 7-1.
