1. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for a Commercial Kennel License for up to 7 dogs in a
RS6 (Single-family Residential 6,000 sq. ft.) zoning district at 612 9th Ave N. (a .16 acre, or
approximately 6970 sq. ft. parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 22, T3N, R2W, BM) for Diane

2. Action Item: Annexation and Zoning to IL (Light Industrial) zoning district for 17530
