1. Action Item: Subdivision Final Plat Approval for Heron Ridge Phase 3 Subdivision at 0 W
Greenhurst Rd (A 13.73 acre portion of Parcel #R2930101000) in the RS7 (single-family
residential 7,000 sq. ft.) zoning district, located in the NW ¼ of Section 5, T2N, R2W, BM, Canyon
County) for Schultz Development representing Brandt Agency, Inc. (SPF-00184-2021). Original
Concept: 46 building lots and 5 common lots; a gross density of 3.35 & net density of 4.62.

2. Action Item: Subdivision Final Plat Approval for Jasper Ridge Phase 2 Subdivision at 0

2205 3rd St N., 0 Sugar St, & 0 E Victory Rd. (Parcel #'s R3188200000, R3188800000, &
R3188701000); totaling 7.678 acres (located in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 26, T3N,
R2W, BM) for John Dixon representing Bunker Development LLC (ZMA-00161-2021, PUD-

4. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for a Non-Commercial Kennel License for up to 8 dogs
in a RS6 (Single-family Residential 6,000 sq. ft.) zoning district at 1815 E Amity Ave. (a .21
acre parcel of land in the NW 1/4 of Section 35, T3N, R2W, BM) for Mary Longoria representing
