Original Concept: 74 multi-family units and 34% qualified open space. Scheduled to present: Parker Bodily. 6-4. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for a duplex in the RS6 zone at 811 3rd St N. (a .42 acre Parcel #R0870400000 located in the NE 1/4 of Section 22, T3N, R2W, BM) for Scott Macias (CUP-00311-2023). Original Concept: Remove the manufactured home and build a duplex.
