Residential) zoning district at 2803 E Victory Rd, a 4.72 acre parcel (#R2467200000 in the
NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 26, T3N, R2W, BM) for Kent Brown representing Corey Barton
(SPF-00237-2023). Original Concept: 20 SF detached homes and 5 common lots.
5-2. Action Item: Subdivision Final Plat for Astaire Townhomes Subdivision in an RP (Residential

6-2. Action Item: (Continued from May 9, 2023) Annexation and Zoning to RS6 (Single-Family
Residential) zoning district and potential development agreement at 19628 & 0 Franklin Rd
(parcel #'s R342320000 & R3423301100 totaling 81.47 acres); Planned Unit Development
and Subdivision Preliminary Plat for Resting Rock Subdivision; located in the W 1/2 of the
NW 1/4 of Section 26, T4N, R2W, BM), for Sabrina Durtschi with KB Home Idaho
representing the owner Linda Naugle, (ANN-00272-2023, PUD-00012-2023 & SPP-00120-
2023). Original Concept: 291 single-family detached dwelling lots, 1 commercial lot and 32
common lots. Applicant has requested the item be continued to June 13, 2023.
6-3. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for multiple-family residential in a BC zoning district
for the The Core at 0 12th Ave Rd, 203 & 211 E Florida, 1224 S Nectarine, & 200 E Hawaii,
(Parcel #'s R116530100, R116540000, R116550000, R116560000, R117680000), totaling
3.189 acres in the SW ¼ of Section 16, T3N, R2W, BM, Nampa), for The Housing Company
(CUP-00312-2023). Original Concept: 74 multi-family units and 34% qualified open space.
Scheduled to present: Parker Bodily.
6-4. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for a duplex in the RS6 zone at 811 3rd St N. (a .42
acre Parcel #R0870400000 located in the NE 1/4 of Section 22, T3N, R2W, BM) for Scott
Macias (CUP-00311-2023). Original Concept: Remove the manufactured home and build a
duplex. Scheduled to present: Parker Bodily.
