Action Item: Annexation and zoning to RML (Limited Multiple Family Residential) and subdivision preliminary plat approval for the Wilson Landing Subdivision located at 0 Wilson Lane (a 3.74 acre parcel, #R3243401000, NW 1/4, Section 36, T3N, R2W, BM) for Becky Yzaquirre at Ardurra representing Wilson Landing LLC (ANN-00281-2023 & SPP- 00124-2023).
