Action Item: Annexation and Zoning to BC (Community Business) zoning district and potential development agreement at 0 Karcher Rd (a 3.92 acre parcel #R3098701000) and Subdivision Preliminary Plat for Woods Crossing Subdivision; located in the SW ¼ of Section 9, T3N, R2W, BM), for Biltmore Company representing Nampa Paving - Randy Wood (ANN-00285-2023 & SPP-00129-2023). Original Concept: 8 commercial lots to include - construction of a 10,000 sf strip retail building, 2 office buildings, and commercial lots for a future coffee shop, fast food restaurant, and two office buildings.
