Annexation and Zoning to BC (Community Business) zoning district and potential development agreement, for 0 & 0 Hailey Ave (two parcels #R2316400000 & R2316401000 totaling 1.6 acres located in the SE 1/4 of Section 7, T3N, R2W, BM) for Rocky Mountain Companies representing Karcher Middleton, LLC (ANN-00284-2023). Original Concept: 2 parcels will be incorporated into a multiple building commercial retail development on the properties to the south. (Parker Bodily) 3-3. Original Concept: 20 single-family detached residential lots (4 acres), 6 common lots (.78 acres), 1 commercial lot (3.01 acres), and an additional 1.6 acres of new right-of-way.
