Action Item: Subdivision Preliminary Plat approval for a mixed use development and Conditional Use Permit for multiple-family residential in a GB2 (Gateway Business) zoning district for Baker Park development at 0 Cherry Lane, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 16761, and 16763 Idaho Center Blvd on nine parcels #R3106101000, R31061010A1, R31061010C0, R3106100000, R31061010A0, and R31061010C3, R31061010A2, R31061010A3, and R31061010B0 totaling 21.5 acres (located in the NE 1/4 of Section 12, T3N, R2W, BM) for Bonnie Layton representing Open Door Rentals, LLC (SPP-00134-2023 & CUP-00324- 2023). Original concept: Mixed-use development comprised of 22 buildable lots planned as 14 single-family attached dwelling units in 4 buildings (two 3-unit townhouses and two 4-unit townhouses), 10 single-family attached dwelling units in 5 buildings (2-unit duplexes), 354 dwelling units in 16-multiple family buildings (overall 378 dwelling units), one commercial lot with an estimated 24, 444 sq. ft of commercial space in 2 buildings, and 6 common lots. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for a Group Care Home (9+ beds) in a RS6 (Single- Family Residential) zoning district at 819 S Powerline Rd (a .37 acre parcel #R1144200000, located in the NE 1/4 Section 34, T3N, R2W, BM) for Riana Montagnino (CUP-00334-2024). Original Concept: Addiction treatment home for up to 16 people.
