Original concept: one fuel canopy with 7 multi-product fuel dispensing units, one commercial fuel canopy with 4 diesel fuel dispensing units, four underground fuel storage tanks, six stalls for future EV charging stations, and a 4,606 sq.ft. retail store. Original Concept: 6 flex-space commercial buildings.
