00344-2024). Original concept: Modify existing single-family residence to become a

of Section 28, T3N, R2W, BM, for The Courtyard Lifestyle LLC. (CUP-00345-2024). Original
concept: Re-develop a building that has a Declaration of Historical Significance for use as a
