Action Item: Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment to revise Chapter 7 for accurate representation and planning with the fire district for Misti Sanders/Nampa Fire Protection District, City of Nampa (CTA-00015-2024). Action Item: Annexation and Zoning to RS8.5 (Single-Family Residential) zoning district to make connection to city water services on a .48 acre parcel at 3032 E Railroad St (R2018350000, in the SW 1/4 of Section 25, T3N, R2W, BM), for Tamira Gonzalez (ANN- 00304-2024). Action Item: Zoning Map Amendment from IL (Light Industrial) to BC (Community Business) zoning district; for three parcels R14990003, R14990004, & R14990005A0, totaling 2.18 acres at 2730, 2710, & 2710 Sundance Road (located in the SW 1/4 of Section 8, T3N, R2W, BM) for Josh Sevy, representing Gaddis Foothill, LLC c/o Terese Walton (ZMA-00189-2024). Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for two-family attached dwelling unit in a RS6 (Single- family Residential) zoning district at 14 N Park Dr, a 0.20 acre parcel #R1038700000, located in the SW 1/4 of Section 21, T3N, R2W, BM, for Josue Alcaraz & Linda Perez (CUP- 00344-2024). Original concept: Modify existing single-family residence to become a duplex, property owner will live in one unit and second unit for aging parents. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for a dental clinic in a RD (Two-Family Residential) zoning district at 1109 14th St S, a 0.16 acre parcel #R3190200000, located in the NE 1/4 of Section 28, T3N, R2W, BM, for The Courtyard Lifestyle LLC. (CUP-00345-2024). Original concept: Re-develop a building that has a Declaration of Historical Significance for use as a dental clinic, per allowance in NCC 10-1-11.D.
