SECOND EXTENSION for Subdivision Final Plat approval for Wagers Dairy Subdivision in the RS7 (Single-Family Residential) zoning district at 11568 Moss Ln (a 6.6 acre parcel #R2553200000, located in the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 7, T3N, R2W, BM) for Shawn Brownlee representing Endurance Holdings (SPF-00243-2023). Action Item: Conditional Use Permit to keep 4 dogs in a RS6 (Single-Family Residential) zoning district at 721 Sunny Ln, Parcel #R0962000000, a 0.42 acre parcel located in the SW 1/4 of Sec 21, T3N, R2W, BM) for Bobbie Meyers, owner (CUP-00393-2025). Original concept: Requesting permission to obtain a non-commercial kennel license to keep 4 dogs at a residential property. (Teri Friend) 3-2. Action Item: Subdivision Preliminary Plat Approval for King’s Court Commercial Subdivision in a BC (Community Business) zoning district, on 2 parcels #R3095101100 & R3095100000, addressed as 11364 W. Karcher Rd & 0 W Karcher Rd located in the SE 1/4 of Section 07, T3N, R2W, BM, for Mason and Associates representing Jeffrey McHaddad (SPP-00158-2025). Original concept: Development of 8.41 acres for 8 commercial lots and 5 common lots, for anticipated mixed retail/office/service uses. (Candace Fry) 3-3. Action Item: Zoning Map Amendment from RA (Suburban Residential) to RS 6 (Single Family Residential) zoning district and potential development agreement, for a 0.37 acre parcel at 602 Chicago St (#R2528000000, SE 1/4 of Section 26, T3N, R2W, BM) for Dylan Shively representing Denise Smith (ZMA-00207-2025). Original concept: Reconfiguring lots in a previously approved preliminary plat for development of 163 single-family detached dwellings and 28 common lots. Continued from October 14, 2025 meeting.
