CALL TO ORDER: B. ROLL CALL: Due to a large snow event earlier in the day, the commissioners were excused if unable to attend. A quorum was not established. PUBLIC FORUM: There were no speakers for Public Forum. D. REPORTS & RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. Approve the minutes of the February 3, 2021 ACD Meeting. OLD BUSINESS: Mr. Zibble, TED Operations Manager, noted that the disability awareness training provided by JJ's List discussed at the previous meeting is under consideration by the Human Resources Department. They are considering how to incorporate this in-person training into the overall training program provided by the city in the context of the pandemic. We hope to hear more about the training from them later this year. F: NEW BUSINESS There was no new business introduced.
