OPEN HOUSE - 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. B. PUBLIC MEETING - 6:30 p.m. C. CALL TO ORDER : 1) Introduction by Ryan Ryan will speak for up to 5 minutes to provide general information about the meeting format and a brief overview of the Working Group effort. D. WORKING GROUP PRESENTATIONS AND DISCUSSION BY WORKING GROUPS: Members of each Working Group will present for up to 10 minutes to highlight their efforts, findings, and recommendations. E. PUBLIC FORUM: Representatives from all Working Groups, Ryan, City Staff and Kimley-Horn (Transportation Consultant) will be available to answer questions. F.
