WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS BY RYAN COMPANIES B. PRESENTATION OF INITIAL CONCEPTS The Ryan Companies will provide a formal presentation of two initial concepts. The presentation will highlight how input received since October 2017 through community meetings, surveys, activities of Working Groups, technical consultant analysis, the 5th Avenue Steering Committee and City Council has been incorporated into each concept. 18-692 Presentation of the 5th Avenue initial concepts by Ryan Companies is attached for review.
