A. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Arres called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM.
B. ROLL CALL:
Chief Cross arrived at 3:04 PM after Item F.4.

F. REPORTS:
1. Approve the December 15, 2022 ETSB meeting minutes
A motion was made by Franco to approve the minutes of the December 15, 2022
meeting as presented, seconded by Fowler. The motion carried with a
unanimous voice vote.
2. Review the E911 surcharge payments for December 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023
No questions or comments.
3. Approve the Naperville expenditures for reimbursement for December 1, 2022 to
February 28, 2023
A motion was made by Van Andel to approve the Naperville expenditures for
reimbursement totaling $962,718.41, seconded by Fowler. The motion carried
with a unanimous voice vote.
4. Approve the budget transfer from the E911 Fund to the City of Naperville
A motion was made by Van Andel to approve the budget transfer from the E911
Fund to the City of Naperville General Fund totaling $763,431.88, seconded by
Fowler. The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote.
5. Approve the Aurora expenditures for reimbursement for December 1, 2022 to February
28, 2023
A motion was made by Van Andel to approve the Aurora expenditures for
reimbursement totaling $1,198,640.87 seconded by Franco. The motion carried
with a unanimous voice vote.
6. Approve the withdrawal from the E911 Fund to the City of Aurora

Board
A motion was made by Van Andel to approve the withdrawal from the E911 Fund
to the City of Aurora totaling $588,963.28, seconded by Franco. The motion
carried with a unanimous voice vote.
G. COMMUNICATIONS:
1. City of Naperville
The 2022 Annual Report was submitted to the State in February. Thank you to the
emergency communications managers and finance personnel for their collaborative effort
to prepare the report. Naperville received four vendor responses from the CAD/RMS RFP.
Staff will be scoring the responses and vendor product demos will start in April. Staff had
an initial kick off meeting with Tusa Consulting Services to launch the department's P25
radio upgrade.
2. City of Aurora
Aurora estimates its dispatch center reconfiguration will be complete in 2-3
months. Purvis has been selected for Aurora's fire station alerting system.
Selection of a CAD/RMS consultant is ongoing.
3. City of North Aurora
ETSB members welcomed North Aurora Police Chief DeLeo to the board.
H. ADJOURNMENT:
With no further business to come before the board, a motion was made by
Fowler to adjourn the meeting at 3:13 PM, seconded by Franco. The motion
carried with a unanimous voice vote. The next scheduled meeting is set for June
15, 2023.
