PUBLIC FORUM: D. OLD BUSINESS: E. CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS 1. Consider the Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) request in order to construct a dormer, window opening, and rear facing deck for the property located at 132 S. Wright Street -COA 18-4592 The petitioner, Tom Ryan, provided a brief presentation on the proposal on behalf of the homeowner. Chairman Peterson asked if the siding will match the existing dormer siding size and if the screening below the porch stair will be consistent with the front. The petitioner stated the siding will match the material of the existing dormers on the front and the back and that the screening will be consistent. The HPC inquired about the material of the siding on the second floor, the petitioner stated the material is wood. Commission Ory asked if the new railing will be consistent, the petitioner stated that the railing in the front is not original but that the new railing will match. Public Testimony: None A motion was made by Chairman Peterson and seconded by Commissioner Ory to approve COA #18-4592 in order to construct a dormer, new window opening and rear facing deck for the property located at 132 S. Wright.
