CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Miller called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm. B. ROLL CALL: Present 6- Diana Hawken, Jeffrey Hild, Alex Jacobs, Linda Kuhn, Bradford Miller, and Nate Wilson Excused 1- Phillip Green Absent 2- Jim Bergeron, and Brian Palm Also present: Geneace Williams, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager; Helen Liang, Student Representative; Diya Menon, Student Representative; Rayaan Talha, Student Representative C. PUBLIC FORUM: None D. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Approve the Human Rights and Fair Housing Commission meeting minutes of January 8, 2024 A motion was made by Jacobs, seconded by Kuhn to approve the Human Rights & Fair Housing Commission meeting minutes of January 8, 2024. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. E. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Review Complaint #01-2024 and direct staff accordingly A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Kuhn directing staff to investigate complaint allegations with the parties. The motion carried by unanimous voice vote. F. REPORTS: G. ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Commissioner Kuhn to adjourn the regular Human Rights & Fair Housing Commission meeting of May 6, 2024, at 6:47 pm, seconded by Commissioner Hild.
