ROLL CALL: Present 9- Manas Athanikar, Krishna Bansal, Brett Fessler, Bruce Hanson, Anthony Losurdo, Andrew Margulies, Bill Habel, Oriana Van Someren, and Whitney Robbins C. PUBLIC FORUM: D. PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. Conduct the public hearing for Aerial Fitness (PZC 19-1-141) located at 236 S. Washington Street, to consider a variance to Section 6-7D-4 (B4 Downtown Core District: Required Conditions) to allow a general service use below the second floor in the B4 District Scott Williams, Planning Services Team, gave an overview of the request. Caitlin Paloian, law firm of Rosanova and Whitaker, spoke on behalf of the petitioner. Ms. Paloian stated the fitness use will be complimentary to the downtown by providing an additional health and recreational amenity. The PZC had no inquires. Public Testimony: None PZC closed the public hearing. PZC supported the request. A motion was made by Athanikar, seconded by Fessler, to adopt the findings of fact as presented by the petitioner and approve PZC 19-1-141, a variance to section 6-7D-4 (B4 Downtown Core District: Required Conditions) to allow a general service use, Aerial Fitness, below the second floor for the property located at 236 S.
