CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Kim called the meeting to order at 5:56pm B. ROLL CALL: Present 12 - Jaqueline Clermont, Vicki Coletta, Shannon Greene Robb, Richard Grimes, Donna Kearney, Melvin Kim, Deana Losurdo, Colleen McQuillan, Theresa Sullivan, Nancy Turner, Samantha Wigfall, and Megan Mcfadden Absent 2- Vaishnavi Tetali, and Natalie Lebron-marines Also present: Dawn Portner, Special Events Coordinator C. PUBLIC FORUM: There were no speakers under Public Forum. D. OLD BUSINESS: Review and approve the SECA Commission meeting minutes of October 12, 2019 Commissioner McQuillan made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Clermont to approve the SECA Commission meeting minutes of Saturday, October 12, 2019. Aye: 9- Clermont, Coletta, Greene Robb, Grimes, Kearney, Kim, Losurdo, McQuillan, Sullivan, Turner, Wigfall, and Mcfadden E. NEW BUSINESS: Review and reach consensus on the CY20 SECA Grant Fund allocations Chairman Kim gave opening remarks. Each grant application was reviewed by the Commission and a preliminary unified recommendation was determined. Councilwoman Sullivan exited the meeting at 6:47pm.
