Comments made to intentionally disrupt the meeting may be managed as necessary to maintain appropriate decorum and allow for city business to be accomplished. • SPEAKER TIME LIMITS: Speakers must limit their remarks to no more than three minutes. • IF YOU SIGNED UP TO SPEAK, staff will call your name at the appropriate time during the meeting. Once your name is called you may identify yourself for the public record and then address remarks to the Commission as a whole. Approve the SECA Commission meeting minutes of September 14, 2021 Commissioner Kearney made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Chakka to approve the SECA Commission meeting minutes of September 14, 2021. Commissioner Chen left the workshop at 10:45 a.m. The workshop recessed from 10:46 a.m. to 10:53 a.m. Commissioner Kearney left the workshop at 11:15 a.m. Gallahue gave details about the Von Oven application. Portner stated Individual Commissioners Worksheets are due by Friday, November 19, 2021. Chairwoman Brodhead announced that the next SECA Commission meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in Meeting Rooms A&B when the Commission will be reviewing individual funding recommendations and arriving at a unified recommendation. F.
