CALL TO ORDER: Chairwoman Brodhead called the workshop to order at 9:02 a.m. B. ROLL CALL: Present 9- Judith Brodhead, Nancy Chen, Vicki Coletta, Natalia Dagenhart, Shannon Greene Robb, Tom Miers, David Scriven-Young, Theresa Sullivan, and Arthur Zards Absent 3- Jim Brocato, Vasavi Chakka, and Rich Gannon Staff present - Dawn Portner, Special Events Coordinator C. PUBLIC FORUM: D. OLD BUSINESS: Approve the SECA Commission meeting minutes of October 19, 2022 Commissioner Miers made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Greene Robb to approve the SECA Commission meeting minutes of October 19, 2022. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 8- Brodhead, Chen, Coletta, Dagenhart, Greene Robb, Miers, Scriven-Young, and Zards Absent: 3- Brocato, Chakka, and Gannon Abstain: 1- Sullivan E. Councilwoman Sullivan left the workshop at 10:36 a.m. Portner stated Individual Commissioners Worksheets are due by Wednesday, November 16, 2022 Chairwoman Brodhead announced the next SECA Commission meeting will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in Meeting Rooms A&B when the Commission will be reviewing individual funding recommendations and arriving at a unified recommendation per applicant. City of Naperville's Beautification Project - Traffic Controller Boxes Portner requested the assistance of the Commission with one of the City's Beautification projects. The City has been working with the Neuqua Valley High School Art Department in creating designs that will appear on five traffic controller boxes near the school in south Naperville. Several designs have been submitted by students and the Commission has been asked to assist in choosing the designs that will appear on the controller boxes. The designs are scheduled to be sent to the Commission within the next month with additional details and instructions. F.
