A motion was made by Hurley, seconded by Hart, approved. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5- Howenstine, Hart, Hurley, Melaniphy, and Seeberg
Absent: 4- Blubaugh, Brown, Orolin, and Webb
2. Receive Staff’s Evaluation of Traffic Concerns on Shandrew Drive, Blakely Lane,
and Fort Hill Drive

A motion was made by Howenstine, seconded by Hurley to recommend
approval of overnight parking on the east side of Shandrew Drive and the
south side of Blakely Lane. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4- Howenstine, Hurley, Melaniphy, and Seeberg
Nay: 2- Brown, and Hart
Absent: 3- Blubaugh, Orolin, and Webb
4. Approve a Recommendation for Alternative 2 to Establish No Parking on
Shandrew Drive and Blakely Lane (Item 2 of 2)
