AMBULANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES June 10, 2010 9:00 AM Meeting called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Kerran Vigroux ACC Members Present: Kerran Vigroux, Director of Public Health and Community Services Keith Anderson, Assistant Fire Chief Christopher Stawasz, Executive Director of Rockingham Regional Ambulance John Fisher, Divisional Supervisor-Police Department Public Present: Paul Bergeron City Clerk, City of Nashua Scott Cote, Southern New Hampshire Medical Center Mark Hastings, Southern New Hampshire Medical Center The Committee Members were given the meeting Agenda and updates for their binders with the following information: (1) Agenda for June 10th meeting; (4) Rockingham Regional Ambulance Monthly Report for March and April; (5) Meeting Minutes for April meeting (also posted on the City of Nashua S drive); and (6) Corrected copies of February’s meeting were given out at today’s meeting as well. Paul Bergeron, City Clerk  Reviewed the Right To Know Laws o Distributed copies of the Right To Know booklet  Applies to two general categories  Conduct of meetings  Keeping of minutes o Reviewed Keeping of Minutes of Public Meetings o Reviewed What Constitutes a Meeting o Discussion was held regarding Paul’s information Member Contributions 1. February 11th meeting minutes to show the following change: a. #5c to say “surveys” in place of “answers” i. Motion to accept amended Minutes of February 11th meeting ii. Accepted as amended iii. All in Favor: Aye b. Minutes taken during the non-public session at February’s meeting i. Vote to unseal non-public session record ii. Chris Stawasz made motion; John Fisher seconded motion iii. All in Favor: Aye 2. April 8th meeting minutes to show the following change: a. Delete line that shows Brian Morrissey, Fire Chief was absent, as the Assistant Fire Chief, Keith Anderson, was there acting on his behalf b. Reference #3, c, i: Replace the word EMT with the word Trained Call Taker i. Motion to accept Minutes of April 8th ii. Keith Anderson made motion; Chris Stawacz seconded motion iii. All in Favor: Aye  3. Chris Stawasz - Discussion  Discussed the March/April 2010 Ambulance Report which had been passed out to members and public attendees o Drill with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center coming up on June 23rd  Subcommittee: Plans for dates for other disaster drills  Scott Cote is the chairman Any Questions from Committee members? None Meeting open to the Public Scott: Questioned the funding of the AED Chris: Funding is through a State Grant Program No further questions; meeting is closed to the Public.
