Kerran Vigroux called on Chris Stawasz to present the November 2011 AMR Report  We were 40 calls off from the month of October, in part due to the fact that some of the incidents from October extended into the month of November.  Changes discussed at the October meeting were made to this month’s AMR report o Reduced the number of layers down to the top five o Mutual Aid In – Mutual Aid Out information was expanded o Included more detailed information regarding exceptions; ie: incorrect addresses given to dispatchers, etc. o “In Service Quick” – If the ambulance gets to the hospital and Fire Department has another call pending, rather than call in mutual aid, they pack up the stretcher quicker than normal and respond to the pending call.  Crew Issue o Chris and Rick discussed, and then submitted a remediation plan to Chief Morrissey. o This particular issue was a “response” issue – the outcome was “cautiously satisfied”.  Relevant Issues o EMT refreshers for Nashua Fire & Rescue are still on-going o The next one will be in January 2012 o Good feedback from the instructors o Training is being done and is tied into the three Fire Houses  Roland: The MCI Trailer o Working on interior design o Chris stated that they can design or place any type of logo on the side of this trailer o Kerran asked for any thoughts about this. o After some discussion, Richard suggested AMR logo, which seemed acceptable  Chris said that once they get closer to that point, he will share mock- ups. o Roland said that they will be putting an awning on the access side of the trailer.  Richard asked about occasions when you might put a 4th or 5th truck on. o Chris stated that when that does happen, more often than not they do not get called in and no service is required  Kerran asked if anyone had further comments o Justin Kates spoke about Sheltering and the upcoming meetings concerning the October snowstorm. o There will be a full After Action Meeting and following that, they will develop a Shelter Committee Meeting which will discuss how to operate the shelter.  Several agencies, as well as the State and AMR will be invited to that meeting  Fran Dupuis asked about breaking down the “Nature of Patients’ Problems” on the AMR report o Discussion was held by Committee members. There was no Public Session, as no one from the public was in attendance. Fran Dupuis moved to adjourn the meeting Richard Conway seconded the motion.
