Meeting called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Kerran Vigroux, DPHCS Director
AAC Members Present:
Kerran Vigroux, Director of Public Health & Community Services
Richard Conway, Captain-Nashua Fire Department
Jeff Connors, Officer-Nashua Police Department
Mark Hastings, Southern NH Medical Center
Justin Kates, City of Nashua, Emergency Management Director
AMR Representatives:
Christopher Stawasz, AMR Operations Manager
Mary Ellen Gourdeau, AMR
Public Attendees:
Cecilia de La Rose - Svendbye
Members were given Minutes from the October 18, 2012 meeting, the AMR Reports for
October and November 2012, the City of Nashua CQI Report for Q4 2012, and the Agenda for
the December 20, 2012 meeting.
Motion made to accept the amended Minutes from the October 18, 2012 meeting.
Mark Hastings accepted the motion to approve Minutes as amended
Kerran Vigroux seconded the motion

Chris Stawasz
Chris introduced Mary Ellen Gourdeau, Shift Commander for Nashua AMR
o She has 20+ years experience: paramedic, management, COI
AMR October 2012 and November 2012 Reports
o November showed 13% below average at ambulance as well as both hospitals.
Did not activate trauma team at SNHMC – usually activates.
o Annual Report submitted to Kerran
Kerran will check to see if it has been posted on line
o Staffed Shelter/EOC – no outages at the station
o Local Customer Service Office is opening in Manchester in January
Will be operating Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
All NE operations will be moving to Natick
Mary Ellen will be working with Manchester Staff to assist with individual
customer service needs.
o Participated in the Active Shooter Drill
o Q1 4th Quarter through December 4th. March 31st end date.
MCI
o Planned November 3rd, but had to cancel due to Hurricane Sandy
o National Guard was highly probably they were going to be deployed – 125 pp
o SNHMC recommended that they delay.
Discussion
o Hospital drill qualifies as Contract requirement
Kerran opened the meeting to Public questions and comments.

Kerran Vigroux requested a motion to adjourn.
Mark Hastings moved to adjourn the meeting.
Jeff Connors seconded the motion.

Meeting ended at 9:55 a.m.
The next AAC Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., at the City of
Nashua, Public Health and Community Services building, located at 18 Mulberry Street, Nashua.
