AMBULANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES April 17, 2014 9:00 AM Meeting held at: Division of Public Health & Community Services 18 Mulberry Street Nashua, NH 03060 Meeting called to order at 9:04 a.m. by Kerran Vigroux, DPHCS Director AAC Members Present: Kerran Vigroux, Director, Public Health & Community Services Richard Conway, Captain, Nashua Fire Department Bryan Marshall, Lieutenant, Nashua Police Department Kevin Blinn, EMS Coordinator, St. Joseph Hospital AMR Representatives: Christopher Stawasz, AMR Patty Stolarz, AMR Jason Preston, AMR Roland Vaillancourt, AMR Members were given Minutes from the February 2014 meeting; the AMR Reports for February 2014 and March 2014, the April 2014 CQI report, an outline of proposed 2014 MCI drills, and the Agenda for the April 2014 meeting. Rick Conway made the motion to accept the Minutes from the February 2014 meeting Bryan Marshall seconded the Motion. All in favor – Unanimous Minutes Approved AMR Operations Manager’s Report CAAS (accreditation) expires on June 30, 2014; renewal application has been submitted. There is a possibility of City leaders needing to participate during site review. Patty Stolarz highlighted the community activities that AMR has been involved in over the past two months, which included hands-only CPR training at BAE and St. Christopher Catholic Elementary School, the upcoming CPR Challenge Day on May 21st, and other upcoming MCI drills. All activities are included in the monthly AMR reports. Jason reviewed the monthly reports—more than 1330 responses. The QI report measures proved not statistically significant. Kerran Vigroux requested a motion to adjourn. Bryan Marshall moved to adjourn the meeting. Rick Conway seconded the motion to adjourn All in favor: Unanimous Meeting was adjourned at 9:38 a.m. The next AAC Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 9:00 a.m., at the City of Nashua, Public Health and Community Services building, located at 18 Mulberry Street, Nashua.
