AMBULANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 19, 2014 9:00 AM Meeting held at: Division of Public Health & Community Services 18 Mulberry Street Nashua, NH 03060 Meeting called to order at 9:05 a.m. by Kerran Vigroux, Director, DPHCS AAC Members Present: Kerran Vigroux, Richard Conway, Bryan Marshall, Justin Kates, Kevin Blinn, Mark Hastings AMR Representatives: Roland Vaillancourt, Jason Preston, Patty Stolarz, Members were given Minutes from the December 2014 meeting; the AMR Reports for December 2014 and January 2015, the February 2015 CQI report, and the Agenda for the February 2015 meeting. Richard Conway made the motion to accept the Minutes from the December 2014 meeting Bryan Marshall seconded the Motion. All in favor – Unanimous Minutes Approved AMR Operations Manager’s Report Kevin requested that tier changes be reported – add this explanation to Section 11 M.2.i of report Jason explained that there had been a data corruption issue and that the complete report would be submitted once the issue was corrected. Janes explained that the new patient satisfaction survey will begin being used in February and it is being implemented in 15 sites nationwide include New Hampshire. This will provide an additional evaluation tool for AMR. Jason will forward CQI reports to Medical Director. Richard inquired how the relocation of the base operation to Springfield has been going. Roland explained that they have moved in, and are training the new staff. He explained that the CAD and radios are all newer with expanded capacity. Justin thanked AMR for participating in the January CERT class – it was the largest class he has had yet. Patty discussed the annual Hands Only CPR challenge between Nashua North and Nashua South high schools. On February 11th, there were 306 North students trained, and on February 13th, there were 428 South students trained. Kerran Vigroux requested a motion to adjourn. Richard moved to adjourn the meeting. Kevin seconded the motion to adjourn All in favor: Unanimous Meeting was adjourned at 9:42 a.m. The next AAC Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 18 , 2015 at 9:00 a.m., at the City of Nashua, Public Health and Community Services building, located at 18 Mulberry Street, Nashua.
