AMBULANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES August 20, 2015 9:00 AM Meeting held at: Division of Public Health & Community Services 18 Mulberry Street Nashua, NH 03060 Meeting called to order at 9:03 a.m. by Kerran Vigroux, Director, DPHCS AAC Members Present: Kerran Vigroux, Kevin Blinn, Mark Hastings, Brian Rhodes, Todd Martyny AMR Representatives: Chris Stawasz, Jason Preston, Patty Stolarz Members were given Minutes from the June 2015 meeting; the AMR Reports for June 2015 and July 2015, and the Agenda for the August 2015 meeting. Mark Hastings made the motion to accept the Minutes from the April 2015 meeting Kevin Blinn seconded the Motion. All in favor – Unanimous Minutes Approved AMR Operations Report AMR had to utilize additional ambulances beyond the required 3 units 34 times in June and 32 times in July. Chris shared a Suspected Opiod Overdoes Report Patty covered community service events including the Lil Iguanas Family Fund Day, Gateway Community Picnic, Nashua Area Senior Center Picnic at Alpine Grove, provided a live CPR training session at Nancy’s Diner on Canal Street, attended LEPC meeting, provided additional dedicated ambulance and bike team coverage for all city July 4th day and evening events in and around Holman Stadium, attended HERC meeting, provided AED training at Nashua Area Senior Center , worked with the Nashua Prevention Collation filming a video about medication safety/security, coordinated with BAE Systems on Cyano kit policies, attended Elder Wrap meeting, and participated in the City of Nashua’s Touch a Truck annual event. Meetings going forward will be held at Nashua Fire Rescue, located on 177 Lake Street, Nashua. Kerran Vigroux requested a motion to adjourn. Kevin moved to adjourn the meeting. Mark Hastings seconded the motion to adjourn All in favor: Unanimous Meeting was adjourned at 9:35 a.m. The next AAC Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., at Nashua Fire Rescue, located on 177 Lake Street, Nashua.
