Minutes of the Board of Assessors Meeting of March 19, 2015 A meeting of the Board of Assessors was held on Thursday, March 19, 2015 in Room 208, 2nd floor of City Hall. The meeting was called to order at 8:15 AM by Chair Dominic D’Antoni. Members Present: Dominic D’Antoni Robert Earley Assessing Staff Present: Angelo Marino Andrew LeMay Gary Turgiss Louise Brown Cheryl Walley Minutes of the Meeting: The minutes for the meeting held on March 5, 2015 were approved. Abatement Requests Presented: A complete list is available in the Assessor’s Office. Appointments: None. Staff Items: Supervisor of Assessing Administration, Ms. Louise Brown presented a “Current Use – Land Use Change Tax Lien Release – RSA 79-A” for Map D /Lots 3 and 4. The amount of Land Use Change Tax resulting from this is $0, so no warrant is necessary . An “Application for Current Use” was also presented to the members for the same property. This lien release and current use application were signed by each of the Board members. The members were presented with an “Elderly and Disabled Tax Deferral Application” (Form PA-30) for the property located at 13 Manchester Street and told the applicant meets the criteria set by State of NH law.
