Minutes of the Board of Assessors Meeting of June 4, 2015 A meeting of the Board of Assessors was held on Thursday, June 4, 2015 in Room 208, 2nd floor of City Hall. The meeting was called to order at 8:15 AM by Chair Dominic D’Antoni. Members Present: Dominic D’Antoni Robert Earley Daniel Gagnon Assessing Staff Present: Andrew LeMay Douglas Dame Louise Brown Cheryl Walley Minutes of the Meeting: The minutes for the meeting held on May 21, 2015 were approved. Abatement Requests Presented: A complete list is available in the Assessor’s Office. Appointments: None. Staff Items: The members received from Grace Fellowship Church all the requested information and documentation and all agree the space used by Bonhoeffer’s Café and Espresso for “café and storage” according to the A-9 form filed for 2015, should receive a charitable exemption as the information and documentation provided by Grace Fellowship Church shows that any profits are used for the mission of the charitable organization. After some discussion, the following motion was made: MOTION BY Robert Earley to allow the full charitable exemption to remain on the property located at 8-18 Franklin Street, Map 78/Lot 38 (Account #7314) as it meets the criteria set by State of NH law for receiving a charitable exemption.
