MINUTES Board of Registrars’ Meeting September 10, 2013 – 10:00 a.m. City Clerk’s Conference Room, City Hall Present: Carol Cordero and Patricia Lucier. Also present: City Clerk Paul R. Bergeron 1. P. Lucier called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. 2. C. Cordero moved to accept the minutes of Board of Registrars’ meeting of August 23, 2013. Seconded by P. Lucier. Motion passed. 3. C. Cordero moved to accept the City Clerk's report on deletions, additions and corrections to the checklist since the last meeting of the Board of Registrars. Seconded by P. Lucier. Motion passed. 4. C. Cordero moved to certify the city checklist to be used at the September 17, 2013 Special State Primary Election in Ward 8. Seconded by P. Lucier. Motion passed. 5. New business: a. The next meeting of the Board to approve the checklist for the Municipal General Election will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the City Clerk's Conference Room, 1st Floor. 6.
