This now required election officials to take photographs of those individuals who did not have or who did not want to show a valid photo id in order to obtain their ballot. Also, new was the tracking of out-of-state driver’s or non- driver’s license states. If a voter showed an out-of-state id in order to obtain a ballot, the election officials were now required to write, next to the right of the CVA box, the two digit state abbreviation. This then needed to be reported to the Secretary of State’s Office within 30 days of the election. Discussion ensued. 7. C. Cordero motioned to Adjourn. Seconded by P. Lucier. Motion passed. 1
