(CERF) - CAPITAL EQUIPMENT RESERVE FUND AGENDA FOR MEETING Date: October 29 2010 Time: 4:30 P.M Location: Mayor’s Conference Room Attendance: Approval of minutes of the June 24, 2010 meeting HOLD STANDARD REQUESTS Requests from CERF – Street Department 2011 Request to transfer available CERF funds in the amount of approximately $187,352 for the purchase of two MacLean MV Sidewalk Tractors from MB Tractor. This purchase will replace two sidewalk snow removal vehicles. The vehicles to be replaced are vehicle # 174 a 1995 MT-5 Sidewalk Snow Tractor and a 1985 Bombardier SW 48 vehicle #122, which was decommissioned two years ago. Vehicle # 174 will be traded in. MB Tractor has agreed to honor its low bid from a July 2009 purchase of the MacLean MV Sidewalk Tractor. General Discussion if needed Motion to Adjourn
