MINUTES CITY OF NASHUA CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS COMMITTEE FY 2011 January 20, 2010 6:30 P.M. Call to Order by Chair Ken Dufour called the meeting to order at 6:35 P.M. 2. Approval of Minutes – January 11, 2010 Laurence Szetela made a motion to approve the minutes of January 11, 2010 which was seconded by Alderman McCarthy. The motion passed unanimously. 3. Division Presentations a. Communications Division Bill Mansfield presented the Communications Division’s requests for FY2011. One (1) request was discussed.
Radio System Upgrade b. School Department Shawn Smith and Dan Donovan presented the School Departments requests for FY2011. Three (3) requests were discussed.

District-Wide Telephone System Replacement.

Information Technology/ General Government Michael Gilbar updated the committee on the ERP. This project shall not be ranked. The project is already bonded. Motion to Adjourn: Laurence Szetela made a motion to adjourn. Motion carried.
