MINUTES CITY OF NASHUA CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS COMMITTEE October 6, 2014 Meeting called to order by Dan Kelly at 6:35 PM Roll call by: Dan Kelly, Current Chair Those Present: Dan Kelly Charles Budris Roger Houston John Griffin Staff – Marcia Wilkins Linda Panny Absent – Dan Moriarty, Larry Szetela, Bob Canaway, David Fredette, Brian McCarthy (Alt) Review of CIC Calendar Mr. Kelly: For discussion purposes, there should be some changes to the amount of time allotted for each department. After discussion, the following times were agreed upon: Airport Authority: 15 minutes Nashua Fire Rescue: 15 minutes Nashua Public Library: 15 minutes Police Department 15 minutes Department of Public Works: 30 minutes Community Development: 30 minutes Public Health and Comm Sev.: 15 minutes Communications Division: 15 minutes School Department: 30 minutes The Wrap Up meeting will be on January 12, 2014 and it will go to the Planning Board on February 19, 2014. Election of officers: MOTION by Mr. Houston for election of officers same as last year that are present here and we will get confirmation for support of the members that aren’t here via e-mail. SECONDED by Mr. Budris.
