MINUTES CITY OF NASHUA CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS COMMITTEE October 26, 2015 Meeting called to order by Dan Kelly at 6:30 PM Roll call by: Dan Kelly, Current Chair Those Present: David Fredette Larry Szetela Roger Houston Dan Moriarty Charles Budris Bob Canaway (arrived late) Staff – Marcia Wilkins Absent – John Griffin, Brian McCarthy (Alt) Election of officers: MOTION by Mr. Fredette for election of officers same as last year that are present here and we will get confirmation for support of the members that aren’t here via e-mail. SECONDED by Mr. Budris. MOTION APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY Review of CIC Calendar Mr. Kelly said he felt the Airport Authority should receive a half hour this year if they have a business plan to present. If they do not have a business plan, they should be given 15 minutes. Mr. Canaway asked which projects had been funded since last year. Ms. Wilkins said the budget tracks which projects went through. She said she would send him a copy. After discussion, the following times were agreed upon: Airport Authority: 30 minutes Nashua Fire Rescue: 30 minutes Nashua Public Library: 30 minutes Police Department 15 minutes Department of Public Works: 30 minutes Community Development: 30 minutes Public Health and Comm. Serv.: 15 minutes School Department: 30 minutes The Wrap Up meeting will be on January 11, 2016 and it will go to the Planning Board in February 2016.
