MINUTES CITY OF NASHUA CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS COMMITTEE May 23, 2016 ______________________________________________________________________________ The meeting was called to order at 6:24 PM by Dan Kelly Roll call by: Dan Kelly, Chair Those Present: Dan Kelly Roger Houston Tom Lopez (Alternate Alderman) Larry Szetela John Griffin Staff: Marcia Wilkins Linda Panny Absent: Bob Canaway, Dan Morarity (Alderman), David Fredette, Charles Budris ______________________________________________________________________________ A special meeting of the Capital Improvement Committee (CIC) was held at the request of the Mayor’s Office in order to rate two projects not included in the original DPW submission as follows:  Rail Trail Lighting  Southwest Park Rectangular Fields The committee discussed and voted on each project then prioritized each of them – “A-1” for Rail Trail Lighting and “B-3” Southwest Park Rectangular Fields. A motion was made to approve, seconded and carried unanimously.
