Review & Comment Commission Minutes January 15, 2013 Commissioners Other Attendees Leslie Mendenhall Lori Wilshire Mark Cookson – not in attendance Kevin Moriarty Jeanne Gottesman Corey Genest We all went through the applications to make sure they were complete. We made sure that each application was seen by at least 2 people. After reviewing each application we initialed it and noted what was missing. Many had the financials missing because, we suspect, that the financials are often mailed after the application is submitted. Leslie is checking on those financials that are missing. There were some minor issues with 4 other applications. These organizations will be contacted to deal with any corrections or admissions. No application was deemed incomplete. We then randomly separated the applications into 5 piles and passed out one set to each commissioner.
