The Nashua Conservation Commission scheduled the site walk at their meeting on Tuesday, July 10, 2012. The application will be discussed at the August 7, 2012 meeting. Tax Map 12, Lot 4. The Nashua Land Use Code, Chapter 190- Nashua Revised Ordinance (NRO)- Article XI- Wetlands includes provisions regarding the protection and preservation of wetland and wetland buffer areas. Although a quorum of the Commission may be present, the purpose of this site visit is for informational purposes only and no decisions will be made at the site walk. Agendas and meeting minutes of the Nashua Conservation Commission can be found on the city’s website at www. nashuanh.gov. Please wear appropriate walking shoes. You may encounter insects, uneven surfaces, and muddy conditions. No water or restrooms are available during the site walk.
