Administrator’s Report, Correspondence, Status of Renovations/Maintenance Report and Events Calendar:  The Hunt Building now has a link from facebook to the City of Nashua website.  We have 2 available office spaces for rent.  We are updating the facebook page.  Jay and Kathy are meeting regarding Control Technologies for software to access the boiler operations.  A big thank you to Cail Bellavance for all her hard work with the Telegraph.  A grant application to the NHCF is now under review. Page 1 of 2  Schroeder Construction is doing masonry work on the exterior of the building.  The Hunt Memorial Building Logo has been updated to read “Hunt Memorial Building”. Changes have been made on our rental agreement and to the website.  The budget will be presented to the Alderman on June 6, 2014. All in favor. Motion carries. Old Business:  New: None New Business:  Actors Collective Theatre was asking for more space in exchange for services. The Board of Trustees did not approve their request.  Theatre group was looking for a whole week rental for the building. The price is $1050.00. Motion for the amount quoted made by Rosalie McQuaid second by Cail Bellavance. All in favor. Motion carries.  Board decided to move the monthly meetings to the third Tuesday of every month.  Charlie to get video of the renovations of the Hunt Building and put on the E Channel.  The Hunt Building to find electrical contractor and get quotes to light the building for the Holiday season.
