In attendance: Jen McCormack( by phone) Stacy Baxter, Cail Bellavance, Harold Solomon, Brenda Baron Absent: Tammy Crisp, Charlie Matthews, Rosalie McQuaid. Discussion regarding to new tenant applications. 1. Luxe Wheels for Suite 4. Brenda Baron makes the motion to accept the letter of intent from Luxe Wheels. Harold Solomon seconds. Motion approved Brenda Baron makes the motion to accept the same slate of officers holding positions on the Hunt Memorial Board of Trustees in 2015-2016 , to serve the 2016-2017 term.
