Motion Seconded Conclusions: Minutes of December 3, 2009 meeting accepted with amendment. Committee Reports Out Reach & Education Discussion: COAD meeting this evening 1/7/09 @ 5:00 PM @ 177 Lake Street Nashua, NH 03060 Online classes for ICS trainings are available @ www.training.fema.gov/IS/ Action items: Person responsible: Deadline: EOP Update Discussion: EOP is progressing, drafts were sent out to ESF primary groups. Goal is to go thru draft using the boiler plate that we have and make any changes that need to be done to get a final draft. Always accepting volunteers to help. SMART Report Discussion: Purchased a Mass Decon Tent. Quiet no major calls. Person responsible: Deadline: Citizens Corp./MRC/DBHRT/DART Discussion: Ed Lecius reported that they are starting up their 13 th neighborhood watch group in the Maple Street area. Person responsible: Deadline: Old Business Discussion: H1N1- Both Hospitals have seen a slow down Anticipate that will see a spike again in cases in January Flu clinic on 1/9/10 from 10-2 flyer will be e-mailed out to all Flu clinic on 1/23/10 in Milford time TBD. Flyer to be e-mailed out. Person responsible: Deadline: New Business NRPC working on a regional evacuation plan. There will be a meeting next week. They will be assessing road & bridge capacities looking for best routes for evacuations if needed. Potentially could be putting routes on GPS if we ever needed it. Person responsible: Deadline: Individual Group Updates / Other Business Discussion: NPD – Officer Larouche is recovering Salvation Army – Winding down after busy holiday season Schools- Working on emergency plans for their facilities Risk – Evaluating city facilities Aries – Fletcher out on extended leave.
