EOP – No change still working on ESFS when done would like to set up small group to review SMART Report Discussion: No emergency responses Received DECON Tent will be developing a training exercise in the next 60 days. Citizens Corp./MRC/DBHRT/DART Discussion: DBHRT – Held Psychological First Aid Training had good showing COAD – Working on a walk thru hurricane Scenario, Next meeting is on 6/8/10 @ 4:30 PM At the Salvation Army. Still actively recruiting new members. Page 3 of 4 Nashua Local Emergency Planning Committee Old Business NIMS Compliance- Continuing to work on getting training completed for those that still need it. NFR is going to host a NIMS 400 class the 1st week of September Mayors proposed budget has included a fulltime Emergency Operations Manager have to wait to see if passes budget process. Disaster Declaration-FEMA-1892-NH submitted. Disaster Declaration-FEMA-1913-NH is for the last two flooding events. New Business HSEM Conference June 17, 2010 at the Radison in Manchester NH there is no cost for the conference if you would like more info contact Rick for registration info. Patti , Fran,& Mark will be giving a presentation at the conference Individual Group Updates / Other Business LEPC monthly topic - Discussion was had about an exercise drill and planning for next fiscal year Was decided to set up a standing committee to work on exercise/drill or set up a 2yr draft plan to do workshops/drills members of this committee are Scott Cote –Chairperson, Patti Crooker, Chris Stawasz, Fred Nichols. Would like the committee to have a meeting in the next 4 weeks the goal will be to have a draft prepared for our next meeting in September. Next meeting will be in September.
