Old Business:
Nashua OEM is continuing to work with the Nashua Regional Planning Commission to tie all of
the pieces discussed at the last four LEPC meetings together for the Hazard Mitigation Plan.
Likely will be released in January of 2013.

SMART Team Update:
No NFR rep present.
New Business:
Justin and Patty discussed the possibility of combining the Public Health Regional Coordinating
Committee Emergency Manager meetings with LEPC. Most of the same players are involved
with both.
Hurricane Sandy After Action Meeting went well, after action report will be produced in the next
month.
Information Sharing Focus Group met to discuss improvements to mapping system and Nashua
Virtual EOC. Minutes have been attached for review. If you are interested in participating in
this Focus Group, get in contact with Justin.
Nashua OEM has an assistant working on the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan
Position Specific Guides. Bethany Jones will be getting in contact with individual agencies to
complete PSGs for their positions in the EOC and elsewhere
Nashua OEM met with Manchester Fire to discuss putting together an Incident Management
Team to help provide support to either City during a localized event.
Volunteer Programs:
Daniel Webster College will be hosting CERT Training starting March 21st through May 4th,
every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6:30p-7:30p.
City will also be hosting a CERT class tentatively on April 20th, 27th, and May 4th.

Exercises:
Ed Lecius gave an overview of the exercise Nashua Police Department held on 11/19/12
Patty Crooker talked about the MACE Exercise to be held on January 22nd 2012. Internal
exercise.
Civil Support Team is looking at an exercise in August to test their capabilities. Will work with
Nashua Fire to determine location and extent of exercise.
SFC Kevin Harvey from NH 12th Civil Support Team gave a presentation on the capabilities and
upgrades to the Civil Support Team
Next LEPC meeting on January 3rd 2013 3:15pm
