M I N U T E S OF T H E SPECIAL MEETING OF T H E C O M M I S S I O N E R S OF T H E N A S H U A HOUSING A U T H O R I T Y H E L D J A N U A R Y 14, 2011 Commissioners of the Nashua Housing Authority held a Special Meeting at the office of the Nashua Housing Authority, 40 East Pearl Street, Nashua, New Hampshire, at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 14, 2011. The Chairperson called the meeting to order, and the roll was called with the following responses: Present Absent Paul Deschenes Thomas Monahan James Tollner Selma Pastor Eric Wilson Thomas Monahan was out of town and unable to attend the meeting. Mr. Wilson chaired the meeting. The following persons were also present: Fred Mayer, Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Nashua; John Gilbert, Interim Executive Director of Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Nashua; Paul Newman, Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Nashua; Lynn Censabella, Executive Director, Scott Costa, Assistant Executive Director; Cheryl Hobbs, Recording Secretary. NEW BUSINESS: The Chairperson entertained a motion to enter Nonpublic Session to discuss property acquisition. Mr. Tollner made the motion, and Ms. Pastor seconded the motion. Recording Secretary called the roll with the following responses: AYES NAYS Paul Deschenes James Tollner Selma Pastor Eric Wilson Motion carried unanimously, and Nonpublic Session began at 10:35 a.m. At 11:20 a.m., the Chairperson entertained a motion to rise from Nonpublic Session. Mr. Tollner made the motion, and Ms. Pastor seconded the motion. No votes were taken in Nonpublic Session. The Recording Secretary called the roll with the following responses: AYES NAYS Paul Deschenes James Tollner Selma Pastor Eric Wilson The motion carried unanimously. ADJOURNMENT: The Chairperson entertained a motion to adjourn. Mr. Tollner made the motion, and Ms. Pastor seconded the motion.
