Nashua TIF Committee DRAFT Minutes September 25, 2012 11:00 am Nashua City Hall Room 208 Attendees: Jennifer Hinderer, Nick Caggiano, Michael Conneely, Cornelia Eschborn, Chris Sullivan, Chris Sullivan The meeting opened at 11:12am. Everyone introduced themselves. Kathy reviewed the draft scope of work to contract for a landscape and maintenance plan. The vegetation, maintenance of railings, and the fence adjacent to the railroad were discussed. Kathy updated the committee regarding the proposed legislation to expand the TIF district, the status of completion of the section of Riverwalk between Jackson Falls and Margarita’s, the status of Cotton Mill Square and the status of the Riverwalk in the vicinity of Cotton Mill Square. Michael Conneely talked about the Water Fire event in Providence RI. Each event has a different theme. The most recent was Cirque de Soleil. It would be great to have a similar event in Nashua. Everyone agreed. We agreed that we would not set a regular date and time for future meetings, but rather schedule them as needed. The meeting adjourned at noon.
