Public Hearing of the Common Council Tuesday, April 22, 2025 6:00 PM Council Chambers, City Hall, 2nd Floor, 27 West Main Street, New Britain, Connecticut NOTICE - The Common Council of the City of New Britain will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers, City Hall, 27 West Main Street, New Britain, Connecticut. The purpose of this public hearing is to offer citizens an opportunity to comment on the City's Proposed 2025 Neighborhood Assistance Act Tax Credit Program, Proposed 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and 2025 Annual Action Plan. The Consolidated plan governs the Federal funds under HUD's formula grant program: the Community Development Block Grant and the HOME Program. Applications for HOME-ARP funds will be considered for funding.
