In-person and remote public participation will begin prior to the regular meeting at 7:00 pm. Alderman Jerrell Hargraves for the appropriate department(s) to install Stop Signs on City Avenue, at the intersection of Market Street, or place Crossing Traffic Does Not Stop signage on City Avenue.
